i heard that they won't be doing that for #3 and i hope not. i ended up deciding to just wait until #2 came out on dvd (so as to avoid the repeats and those stupid catch-up shows) all on my time table.
*edited to remove the bit about how they get food, as i see stewart answered it. oops...
lol
a website. jk rowling's site. if the sign is removed from the door, then you can try to figure out how to get to clues to the next book. i'm such a nerd.
i'm guessing this question is for gem, but wanted to say i didn't realize that the british version of punting wasn't the same as in america, so in HP when i read that filch had to punt people across the lake i invisioned him happily torturing them by putting them on some sort of device that...
i would say memories. when i think of people with dementia and what they lose it is so sad. they can still do things, but they can't remember their wedding (sometimes), the birth of their children, all those special moments.
which brings me to answer another question above about books and...
sorry about sidetracking your post and double sorry about your hand! ouch! my knee ate pavement yesterday, so i sympathize with the throbbing pain. i took a huge chunk of skin out of it, too! :(
on a light note, it would have to be the Harry Potter series - they are fun and very lucrative. there are many others i would love to have been able to take credit for, some light, and some more serious, but definitely HP! Oh and anything by Jane Austen or the Bronte sisters.
i keep...
currently, 2. there are 2 others that i sometimes visit, but not so much anymore. one i was more active in when my multiples were babies, but i check in occasionally, but never really post. the other i usually am only active in while i am actively doing homeschooling lessons, and we are...
mine is after the name anne shirley wanted to be called in anne of green gables (she loved to pretend she was lady cordelia fitzgerald).. my husband says it is uncanny how much we are alike, so i have always been drawn to this character and have used it as a username many times before
glad i'm not alone on that one. i was sure no one else was going to say that one and i felt so dumb for being so scared of it. i couldn't even watch the commercials for #2 without getting the creeps again just seeing that girl! ugh!
I haven't seen The Grudge, but the others listed so far didn't scare me much.
However, The Ring, just the first one (as I refused to watch #2) gave me nightmares for two weeks afterwards! Oh, I was jumping to the ceiling, too! Just gave me the creeps.
I see tons of trees, a bike trail, and a creek (we live right on a greek belt, which is very convenient and gives us a beautiful view, which is hard to come by where we live, in the city anyways).
I forgot my question. I'm running out of things to think about. Who do you admire most in the...
you are so right. there are certain stares that are obviously bothersome (some just plain rude), but i don't mind being noticed. it is like you would look at a person crossing your path, kwim.
even before my injury, i have tried to teach my children to always say hello to disabled people...
it looks like most of the books are gibberish and you have to wade through the infinitesimal library to find the books of substance, books that answer any question imaginable and all truths of the universe, etc. that would be intriguing.
i guess maybe you are just wanting that size/space for...
