    Sucker for?

    I am a sucker for stories where the protagonist triumphs over some type of adversity. It leaves me feeling hopeful and inspired. And if I can't have that... then if it talks about art, poetry, history, or Brad Pitt then I'm game. :p

    I am reading Kursk Down by Clyde Burleson -- an accounting of the events that lead to the tragic sub accident. Has anyone else here read this or A Time to Die? I am curious if it is worth reading as well. I also just started Founding Brothers: The Revolutionary Generation by Joseph Ellis.

    You are not alone Dream Chaser. Hans Christian Andersen, Agatha Christie, W.B. Yeats were all dyslexics. I think of it as a creative tool for writing as my dyslexia makes me think in unusual ways.
