Um...mini is teeny tiny scale model type of car.

Having been there I would say the actual location is funny, but not as bad as Aberdeen :D

I do love the phpbb software. And I must check out the access and excel forums...excel I particularly enjoy using.

I don't heavily participate in all forums at all times. Over the last month, my contributions here have been significantly less than they would normally be, likewise at my own book forum. However, my participation in a few other forums has increased. My job involves working on the Internet so...
How about you give it a try and make up your own mind? ;)
Chick Lit has been out a lot longer then Helen Fielding has been dishing it out, and that includes the article that the book was spawned from - and I guess something like Pride and Prejudice could be classed as Chick lit. To pick one...
Egyptian Dreams is one of the better forums around at the moment.
KingTutOne used to be good but seems to be over run with the less mature members of late and so the appeal has gone from it.
As for general history, and for most other things, check out Able2Know - extremely useful site...
Personally, I really enjoyed this book and found it to be much better than the film (the only bad part about having watched the film first is that the images of the characters had already been implanted in my mind). It's a very well written novel that I feel manages to capture the character of...
Love the newness. This upgrade looks a lot crisper than the old, and the navigation is so much easier, not only to find your way around but with the placing of things such as the private messages and the avatars and such like...much more aesthetically pleasing.

http://www.worth1000.com features a section on Photography. Basically you get given a topic and try to take the best shot of that. It also features Photoshop (the primary function) and 'text' competitions.
It's my new favourite site as it allows me to practice photoshop :o)

I read an article in the Guardian written by Maggie when she had just released My Lover's Lover, and the article was fantastic, so much so I had to go out and get the book. I got about 100 pages and gave up - really couldn't get into the writing, the characters or anything else.
PM me...
sigh - if only I could see my desktop.
I have an emoticon stuck there which I accidentally set to the background one time...otherwise it's a mixture of files that I am working on at any given time and gets cleared every once in a while.
ho hum...
no problem.
You may notice in a thread that the data of the post is shown at the bottom left - under the users avatar. There is an image of a page besides it which is blue when the post is old, but changes colour, to yellow, when the post is new. This helps you to easily find which posts...
There will be 17 new posts within 11 topics.
If someone had just looked at this board, before you posted, and then came back now, it would say they had 2 unread posts. Clicking on the link would only show one topic, this one, which contains the two unread posts.

Hi there sillywabbit, welcome to the forum. We look forward to your contributions.
Is your wabbit avatar one of those fantabulous tap-dancing ones, or is she just eager to get posting? :D
Enjoy
