Don't all passports require a photo? I'm pretty sure in America all states require Drivers Licenses to have photos now. If you work legally in America the government has your Social Security number. Many larger corporations require photo I.D.'s Your dental records can be had by law...

Is taking an eBook any different than reading a book you take out of the library? By taking, I mean downloading a copy which may, or may not be offered legally. If you don't do plenty of detective work you may never know if the eBook is being offered legally. So what do you think?
