Hey Stewart.....what's it like being at a UFC fight in person?
I get to watch it tonight for free. SpikeTV is throwing us Americans a freebie. :D  :D
Perhaps I'll see you in a crowd shot? That'd be cool.
Well yeah....of course that's what the LIBRARIAN said. I wouldn't expect anything different.
But then...we're all never supposed to go faster than the posted speed limit either are we?
It's a subtle thing. Clandestine.
What would be the best way to get some new members who may wish to...
Subtle with a touch of anarchy....I like it even more.
Talk about taking things to extremes.
I pay for those library books with my tax dollars.
Leaving a small post-it note in it is certainly not a destructive, or abusive act.
Please.
That might be your take on it, but it's certainly not mine.
The post-it note is in no way destructive to the book. It's very much like a bookmark left in the book.
As ABC said...I often use post-it notes as a bookmark anyway. They don't fall out by accident.
In this case I simple...
By nature, the blog itself is not meant to become a full-fledged discussion, but simply a diary type post.
Verses posting in the "forum" which is an invitation for people to comment and open things up for further conversation.
That's cool, as long as you remember there has to be a con side to have a debate.
The question of the blog is simple. If you want a stronger forum, then anything that might take discussion away from the forum deserves to be looked at, and questioned.
Novellas posts, for example, would be...
Debate is a good thing. It stirs emotion and feelings. It brings life to something. It calls attention to something. It give the subject of the debate more value.
Chances are good that a strong debate will only serve to bring out more information, and therefore strengthen your beliefs and...
The post-it note is small enough and thin enough to evade detection from librarians and others. Only a person who reads the entire book will find the post-it at the beginning of the last chapter.
Hidden in the middle...tucked tight in the binding....yet bright and calling out to be read.
On a bright yellow “Post-It” note simply write:
To Discuss This Book
Go Here:

In any library book you’re finishing, wedge the post-it note into the binding just before the last chapter starts.
The post-it note adhesive is...
Maybe you should suggest that Darren eliminate the entire non-book discussion section of the forum?
Define "always". With over 200 threads, and 4000+ posts I'm pretty sure the vast majority of things I've posted are in no way related to anything negative about this forum. In fact, I'd guess...
Is the blog thing set up so that only members with blogs can post comments?
Is there a way to make it so that any TBF/BAR member can post comments in blogs?
That was not the intention in the first place. Just a simple discussion...and some incite into what people might blog about, rather than post about in the forum.
I'm pretty sure you know that though.
Which obviously brings us full circle back to post #1. :)
(I combined my first two posts and highlighted the main point I was making :D )
To which the Admin of the forum replied:
And Kenny obviously understood with:
So, what say you, other members of the forum?
What about you...
sigh....if it'll get you to shut up and let this thread get back on track....
I have nothing to apologise for. I stand by everything I've ever posted in regards to Darren.
I've emailed and pm'd him plenty in the past. Never once has he asked me what any specific post was about. He replied...
