    Books you'd never let your kids read....

    Judy Blume (who, from that list has possibly the most challenged books per author this decade) quotes a letter from a child who wrote to her saying his mother had given him a book with some of the pages cut out, and she said it was a printing error. He just went to the library and read it there...

    BBC's The Big Read - Top 100

    I've read 48 of the fisrt hundred and 28 of the second, though most are made up of children's books and Terry Pratchett also! There are a few on there I've always meant to read. I might go buy some once i've finished decorating! Lynne

    Currently Reading

    I just started Brick Lane by Monica Ali, soo soon to tell. But i just finished "A million tiny pieces" by James Frey, and highly recommend it. About a multi-drug addict and alcoholic who gets clean without the 12 steps. Autobiographical. :) Lynne
