Sue Monk Kidd: The Secret Life Of Bees

It was an entertaining read, but wholly unremarkable. I finished not really loving or hating it.

    Vladimir Nabokov: Lolita

Its not... kinda. Its more about the feelings and thoughts the main character has than the sexual act. At least that's the impression I got - I never finished the book. I'm no prude, but I still found the subject matter uncomfortable.

    There's Porno in that book!

I think its ok for there to be a little sexual content in books assigned to students in highschool or college. That said, I'd prefer it to be part of the advancing plot, not just porn for the sake of itself :p

What do you use as a bookmark?

Not always. Borders Publishing has a huge series of hardback books printed on nice paper, with ribbons, and they're only $20  I'm reading one right now, actually.

What do you use as a bookmark?

What do you use for a bookmark? Anything I can find. Jacket flaps, index cards, playing cards, paper scraps, candy wrappers, bits of string, a penny once... Luckily I'm a pack-rat, so I always have these things laying around :)
