That's cool. So what have you been reading lately? Yup, and nah haven't got the result yet!! ;) Nooooooooooooo, I didn't. But if someone would notice, and I had to guess who, I think I'd say sanyuja! :)

    Isabel Allende

I have read "Portrait in Sepia", and seriously don't understand what's so good about it. I'm planning on giving "House of Spirits" a try some day, and if that one doesn't work for me either, no more Allende!!

    Haruki Murakami

Really? I stick to the newer "depressingly bad" stuff rather than rereading. True. But he might have stayied with her for 19 years or almost 20, and then kind of felt "lonely" and decided to tell us his story? Hence the not mentioning of Midori. Still didn't get it..? :o

    Haruki Murakami

I go for " just being coy". :) Hah! You really gonna reread it? I never reread books!!! Not time! What makes you say that? Hmmm, you mean "But you don't know me!" is taken out from "King Lear"? Then we all quote "King Lear" alot, don't we? ;)

    Monica Ali: Brick Lane

Welcome to this forum! :) There’s gone a while since I read this book, but I still remember how tremendously boring it was. It had no story! Why and what? I don't mean to be rude, just curious... May I know when it started? What characters? The only well-developed character was Chanu, the...

I Want That One (or Sixteen)!

I have heard of that book, haven't read it myself though since I'm not that into "crime&mystery" novels. She's well-known in Scandinavia, for all I know. (Which isn't that big of a surprise considering she's from Sweden...)

    Trezza Azzopardi

I borrowed "Remember me" from the library a while back, but I haven't read more than 50 pages of it yet.. (reason: me being a little lazy). But I think I'll finish it.. soon. I'll let you know what I think. :) Her other novel was "nominated" for the booker-prize if I'm not mistaken, have you...

    Haruki Murakami

I finished reading "The Wild Sheep Chase" a while back, and I think it was an OK read. I liked the beginning and the end. The middle made me a little confused, but in a good way, so it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. ;) I think I'll give a few of his other novels a try sometime in the...
