I saw The Exorcism Of Emily Rose on Sunday, I thought it was great  I really wasn't bothered about watching it at first, but it surprised me and it turns out I loved it
Last night I watched Thirteen - Great film!
I think the idea is to do it at the end of the month so members can post a complete list of the books they have read for that month.
Maybe you're confused and the list you have posted is your 'to be read' list.
Me too, I still worry about not having enough to read though! I was thinking about it at work the other day, as soon as I got home I bidded on 4 more books on Ebay ;)
I'd class it as contemporary fiction.
It's Jon McGregor's debut about a street in the North of England, ordinary people doing everyday things until a terrible event happens and anyone who witnesses it will never be the same again.
I have about 60 pages left, I've been delaying...
Has anyone read this?
I'm over half-way through it and so far, I think it is brilliant! I want to savour every last word and I really don't want it to end. I'm attached to the characters and I find McGregor's use of vocabulary to be wonderful. It really is like poetry!
I have milk and sweetener, sometimes sugar. I prefer to go to a coffee shop and have something a little nicer and read a book or if i'm with someone have a chat and watch the world go by . . .
Do you do the dreaded 9 to 5 slog?
