My mother passed away 23years ago today, so I'm getting together with my siblings at the weekend. We'll just do lots of eating, laughing and talking about the past.
On a more upbeat note - I get the keys for my new house tomorrow - finally - and I think a drink or three will be in order :D .
I'd have to agree with Litany, I enjoy watching the plays more than reading them, although I have read quite a few of them. Admitedly this
could be because I always end up reading out loud, using weird accents.
But hearing the words spoken on stage is just something else, no matter how weak...

As for the London to Amsterdam thing - flying is most likely to be the fastest. But I think taking a train&ferry is pretty cheap, Eurostar is probably going to cost just over a hundred pounds...

I'd recommend any place that is reasonably priced and as close as possible to Victoria train/underground station (DS, that goes for your parents too).
