You may try "the dragonbone chair" (8 books, I think), by Tad Williams (2 love-stories inside)^^
I didn't know this movie, was it a book before?
I see, a bit like Shannara, so?
I think I'll follow your advices, are his others books also about fantasy?
 is it so bad?
Who's the author? What is it about?
lotr, and perhaps Osten Ard (the dragonbone chair by Tad Williams)
and what about the Robin Hobb's "Assassin's apprentice" 11-and-more-logy? :)
sorry it isn't the main subject, but could someone tell me more about: "The Old Kingdom" Trilogy by Garth Nix , 'cause I don't know it :)
I think "the dragonbone chair" and followers, by Tad Willimas is enjoyable too^^
ok, thank you^^
Do you have the titles here? Because I have only read one called "Jhereg", and I don't where it is situated among the others you talked about.
"the silver kiss" by Annette Curtis Klause, but it's maybe more for children.
Now I have read it, I can tell you that Stardust by Neil Gaiman is a very good fantasy book, without any battle!
(thank you SillyWabbit! ) :)
I read once sci fi short stories by Orson Scott Card, but I can't remember the titles. It was very strange, you see life differently after that... :)
maybe you would also like the Stephan Wul stories?
The war has begun...
I haven't read this one, but his autobiography : argh...I found it boring, but interesting in some ways
sorry, just to speak a little about the trilogy: well, I began with the second, 'cause I didn't know the serie yet, and then I was so captivated...
My cousin made me know these books, and I agree with you: it's so entertaining!
