Yep, that's a chiller. I'd say that's Horror/Sci-Fi/Suspense all rolled into one. :eek: I recommend The Stand by King, Desperation by King (if you like gorey details...this book's for you), I am Legend by Richard Matheson.

I leave for North Carolina in a week and I'll be reading Blindness by Saramago. I'm looking forward to the trip...:)

Well, I finally purchased Blindness so I've decided to start that before Jonathan Strange. I'll get into it later this summer. :)

Just finished Choke by Chuck Palahniuk. First book I've read by him and I loved it! Definitely suggest it and I see it's a contender for August BotM.

I understand what you're saying. The overall feeling I experienced while reading the novel was what intrigued me the most.

I started reading this book about 2 months ago and had to take a break. Understanding the story while referring to pages about another story and then the footnotes. :eek: I read up to page 90 and then read the notes from Johnny's mother...and then stopped. I don't think I was ready. Hopefully...
