Its called fiction for a reason, i wouldn't get too worked up over seeing an error or three. For a Brit i think Child does a terrific job.
Thought his last book Make Me was OK, one of his weaker ones but still a high quality easy read.
After coming on here plus googling as well, looking for a scary read, it seemed to me that Rebecca by Daphne du maurier was universally regarded as the scariest, creepiest book about.
I've just finished reading it and am left wanting. Don't get me wrong, it was well written and had me hooked...
I loved it. And I hated it. Thought it was really well written and up to las Vegas was more than happy with it but it just went on and on and most of the last third was totally unnecessary.
Treat myself to a kindle hdx for Christmas for being a good boy, obviously santa didnt agree. Anyway, Initial thoughts are its very similar to the kindle fire hd, Ive got that as well. A touch easier to navigate around, a little better at connecting to my internet, thats about it.
My main bug...
It was a couple of years ago since i read it so might be wrong but didnt Catherine have her baby just before she died? I dont remember the unconscious bit.
