    Self-Publishing Advice

    Are there any self-publishers on this forum? What is the best service to use? Lulu.com? Amazon Kindle? CafePress? Which ones work? I also write and play music. Classical, Spanish and Baroque guitar mostly, which does not have a huge audience, nonetheless, I would like to produce an album...
