I've read On the Road by Jack Kerouac 3 times and A Confederacy of Dunces by Johnathon Kennedy Toole twice.
I think they are the only books i've ever re-read
Dear God! I was about to start a Hemingway thread on this subject. Thought Farewell to Arms was excellent. Couldn't even bring myself past the halfway mark in For whom the Bell Tolls. So so boring I found it. Did they ever blow up that damn bridge?
I have not read any other Hemingway.
My dad got it for christmas - i'm about a hundred pages in. Its about as good as you could hope a book about astronomy, physics and chemistry(so far) to be. Some of the stories about the scientests eccentric ways are pretty cool. Its pretty easy to follow considering its subject matter.

I recently read Papillion by Henri Charierre which is autobiographical and therefore classed as non-fiction.
A while back I read On The Road by Jack Kerouac which I understood to also be more or less autobiographical but it is classed as fiction?

I just read Papillion and Banco. They are brilliant, especially Papillion. If anyone like adventure stories.....well you could do a lot worse than these 2.
