Guilty secret - I don't like Jane Austen or Neil Gaimen very much. :/ I've tried, but I just can't get into them.

How do you like your coffee?

Black! Of course, this doesn't count those sweet Starbucks things like mochas and frappuccinos, which I have to admit, I love as well.

I re-read constantly just because I end up running out of books! Plus, it's nice to go back to old favorites.

Magazines. You can just read an article and walk away.

    Do you remember...?

For some reason, I really remember being read Thomas the Tank engine books(which was somewhat weird I suppose since I'm a girl), but that's probably why I read them so often to my little brother. Incidentally, his first word was "Gordon". :)

It's always a tie between several: Mark Twain, Steven Brust, and Mary Renault all own my heart. Jean Plaidy's up there too.

Do you buy, borrow or take out from the library?

I tend to use bookstores more than libraries because I just have a harder time finding the books I want to read at libraries.

Trying to find a fantastic fantasy book that isn't part of a series

There are a few Steven Brust books that are stand-alones, like The Sun, The Moon, and the Stars, and Agyar. He's fantastic and his stand-alones are great.

    The purpose of historical fiction

This was interesting, but I have to agree that there are no end to the reasons to write or read historical fiction(especially like: it's fun!).

    Philippa Gregory

I have to admit, I read one of her books and really am not a fan. But I'm thinking about trying The Other Boleyn Girl, since I read something else to begin with. Didn't like the movie much, but visually it was stunning.
