Today Was A Bad Day For Me:

If you respect the people you are with conversing with, and clearly you must with the amount advice you ask of them, then stay offline when you are going through an 'episode'. And try to stop making nearly every post, even those in connection with your 'episodes' sound like a creative writing...

Stephenie Meyer: Twilight & New Moon

I nearly peed myself with this: "He is COMPLETELY OVERWHELMED with LOVE for this veritable stranger because she smells so fucking good. Like, the best smell you can think of? DOESN'T COMPARE, BITCHES."

The Life of a Colonial Fugitive

Way too wordy - try and write naturally without forcing description and detail.

    Got The Boot, Again!

    That was scary reading.

    Tradeback Date?

Huh? I am not sure what part 1 of your sentence has to do with part 2, unless I take a logical leap...

I watched Troll Hunter last night. Once I got over my intial WTF? reaction to seeing lumbering trolls, I quite enjoyed it. The end was a little disappointing though. Problem is, none of these hand-held camera/we found the tape but the makers gone types of film will never be better than The...

I found the first half quite scary but then when the explanations kicked in I found it ludicrous and completely not scary. Maybe you should have stayed till the end?

Has anyone read the "Uncut" version of Stephen King's "The Stand"?

I read the uncut version many years ago - I loved every minute.

    Got The Boot, Again!

Actually, I think Carlos, sorry - Author, should carry on writing after all he's getting better! - he wrote this on the other forum and quite frankly, it's the most creative thing he's ever written and there's no spelling or grammatical errors. Colour me impressed.

A Great Book, Three Dollars, a Birthday Wish…And You!

I love Harry Potter. I love Stephen King. I love Shakespeare. I've got to tip my hat to you, Jiles, you have gone to some length, and politely so, to defend Mr Gaddis. You gotta be married to him.

A Great Book, Three Dollars, a Birthday Wish…And You!

Hmm. Unfortunately you said the one word that would send me heading for the hills..."fantasy". Not my bag. Plus, the last time I agreed to read and review a book from a self-published author (AND he sent me a proper book (imagine!) free) it didn't go well. Plus, Mr Gaddis asks his...

A Great Book, Three Dollars, a Birthday Wish…And You!

None of his books on Lulu have been reviewed yet, so it leads me to ask again...where do the good reviews come from?

A Great Book, Three Dollars, a Birthday Wish…And You!

Where do the good reviews come from then? Did Mr Gaddis release proofs? Early copies? And if so, who to?

Dark Regions Press new book announcements

Is Chris Morey the only person checking this thread now? I only ask because some of the cover art is *spectacular*.

A Great Book, Three Dollars, a Birthday Wish…And You!

Such good reviews that I can't even find it on Amazon.com. And don't take that as a comment that I wanted to find it - I just wanted to check out these reviews and make sure they weren't from friends/family of Mr Gaddis. Why should I care about the dude's birthday? Is he going to ask my...
