I hate it when you read a good book and then you start the second one which is just as good but you just cant get into it. So annoying!!

How good is the Gone series by Michael Grant? I've heard that it is really good and it sounds good too but I'm not too sure. I've thought books sounded good before and they turned out to be not as good as I thought they would be leaving me disappointed:( Any opinions would be useful. Thanks.:)

I know it can take ages just to find something decent to read and I'm not really that fussy about what I read.
