Steve Wilson - The Raven that would not Sing

A finely crafted album, with a terrible cover, so I won't post it on here. It's been on the turntable for a few days now.

    Migs' Memoires

It was 'Mystery' - Peter Straub

    e-Books Vs normal books..

Since I got my Kindle I have not read a paper book. A big saving for me.

    Deep Forest - Pacifique

I love this LP, even though my husband decries it for the use of drum machines. The clever mixture of modern prog and native chanting works very well, almost a shame to lift the stylus out of the groove at the end.

George R.R. Martin: A Game of Thrones

The books are the same only much much slower.

    Migs' Memoires

    I know what you mean.

George R.R. Martin: A Game of Thrones

Unless Martin dies before he finishes the 10 volumes plus the Cook Book he is currently writing!

George R.R. Martin: A Game of Thrones

I found that 1,000 main characters was a few too many. The TV series has cut it down to 32 [this according to Martin's own web site]. I would have prefered Martin to stick to the original trilogy rather than the 10 volumes he now plans!

    Migs' Memoires

I read on my Kindle all the time, I'm reading 'A Mystery' at the moment and cannot remember who wrote it? Does anyone know?

    Which e-reader do you own?

A colleague at work gave me his Kindle when his mother bought him a bigger one for some occassion or other. It's okay at the price.

    James Patterson: Guilt

Or it might just be that the novelty has worn off?

    Enough time for Reading

Greetings All, I used to say I didn't have the time for readings, so my husband set aside Sunday afternoons especially for it. Since I got my Kindle from a friend at work, for free, I've been reading several crime thrillers. I'm in no other forum, but thought I would see what my hubby was...
