    Julian Fellowes: Snobs

    Thanks for the response. I think I'll sit down with a large glass of wine tonight and start reading! I greatly enjoyed Gosford Park, so I hope 'Snobs' lives up to that.

    My advice is not to be intimidated by people who have seemingly read a lot of literary works. I hate book snobs.     My favourite women authors (that I can remember off the top of my head) are:- Fiona Walker - very funny Jill Mansell - funny chick lit books Janet Evanovich - only the Stephanie Plum series, e.g. "one for the money" etc... absolutely hilarious. Laugh out loud. Her others aren't so good...
