    Funny book?

I thought "A Bear Went Over the Mountain" (no, not the children's book) was really funny. I first picked up because of the cover but I loved it after I read it. Basically, it's about a bear who lives in the woods, and one day he finds a manuscript left under a tree. He goes on to publish the...

Wicked Water Faerie, Personally I think (I haven't finished yet) Wicked is a great book. This is just the kind of stuff I love to read; a well known story with a different perspective and angle. However, Wicked does contain lots of sexual parts, which are sometimes discreet, okay and other...

    Poetry Recommendation

I was just about to mention him, I guess you beat me to it. He's a great poet, although some of his poems can be a little...strange. I also love Arthur O' Shaugnessy and Alfred Noyes.

    L.M. Montgomery

Yeah, there's more than one Anne of Green Gables book. There's actually eight. The first three are Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Avonlea, and Anne of the Island. :D Don't worry, I didn't know there were eight books at first either.

I thought you meant dates, the food for a sec when I first read the title. Silly me.

    Meg Cabot

I used to love her, but then I started reading more and more of her books. I found out every book has a very similar storyline and that I can predict almost anything that is going to happen. I've read three of the Princess Diaris books, All-American Girl and five of the ones from the Mediator...

    L.M. Montgomery

I like Montogomery. My best friend and I were so obsessed with the Anne of Green Gables books in sixth grade; we would name people in our class characters who were similar to them. And she was Anne and I was Diana. Although we are both freshman now and not very close, we still talk about those...

    Quirks, Habits & Superstitions

Whenever I stop reading a book, I always put it on its front, so the backcover is facing out. I don't know why, very weird habit. I also have this thing about making very small tears on the sides of just about everything, including books. I don't know why. I treat my books badly but it's...
