Check out abebooks. It's a great site with a bunch of used bookstores and their inventories online. It's where I go to find something I can't find anywhere else.

I do pretty much the same as Kookamoor. Sometimes after waiting a very long time for the next book in a series I have to start the whole series over before I can read the new book.

I've had two classes in which the short story "Greasy Lake" was used. That was the only exposure I had to Boyle before a friend suggested I read The Tortilla Curtain. I was loathe to read it at first since it reminded me of a particular class taught by a not-so-great-and-entirely-boring...

I, too, was expecting to hear some more about the "paradise" mentioned at the beginning. Have you thought about adding a second stanza describing the paradise? It would seem all the more a paradise when in contrast to the first stanza.
