What do you do with a book you've read?

I don't reread fiction so I hang onto French language books, non-fiction and reference. Everything else gets sold at a used bookstore, traded at Paperbackswap.com or Titletrader.com, given to friends or the library. I like to perpetuate my book supply by trading.

Your favourite bookshop / place to buy books

I like Barnes and Noble for selection, often I buy online from them b/c they are a bit cheaper than Amazon and ship super fast. However, I've been trading my books on Paperbackswap.com and Titletrader.com which works out pretty well. As more people join, the selection improves so it is nice.

Favorite news magazine-which is the best?

I like the Economist, for a slightly British perspective. Less Americentric and pretty interesting.

    Marguerite Duras: The Lover

I liked it but I read it in the original French which seemed to add more than the English translation. I had only seen a bit of the movie and it seemed a little cheezy.
