    Who is your favourite author, and why?

    My favourite authors right now are Nora Roberts (particularly her Irish and Three Sisters trilogies) and Anne McCaffrey. I pick Nora because I love happy endings and I can read her books over and over and over and never be bored of them. Of hers, right now, I'm reading Carolina Moon, Jewels...

    Need new series of books!!!

    You should try reading the Dragonriders of Pern series by Anne McCaffrey! I really enjoyed those books. there are so many, too, so you can keep yourself occupied in the world of Pern for quite a while. They are mostly fantasy-oriented, but they go faster than LOTR (I didn't enjoy reading...
