I'm not too sure what you mean by a link?
The avatars have to be a certain width, height and size - 64 by 64 pixels or 20000 bytes - so whatever image you use it can't be outside of these proportions. If the image you want is too big it's best to shrink it in a graphics package and then upload it.
Unless you are asking for websites that provide avatars? Apologies for misunderstanding the problem.
