Hey guys just wanted to share this great book that really opened up my eyes on real estate investing. I was always confused on how things worked lol...this book right here outlined everything so good..I am actually talking to a realtor right now to start investing into property..It goes into detail and explains everything perfectly..step by step on what you need to do..it made so much sense..if you guys are looking to invest in real estate grab this book!
