Best Books Section in a National Newspaper?

And the Oscar goes to....

IMHO, the Review section in the Saturday edition of The Guardian (UK) newspaper is Simply The Best. It not only contains reviews (by the ton and spanning non-fiction, poetry, science fiction, children's fiction, life & letters, first fiction, etc. etc.) but comprehensive author profiles, leading author aricles & book/essay/lecture extracts, writing craft analysis and industry news.
And then there's my personal favourite, Writers' Rooms, where a photograph of a famous writer's workspace is presented each week, accompanied by a short text from the writer in which he/she guides the reader around that most intimate of inner sanctums, where the very lifeblood of the life literary is born and nurtured.

Needless to say, this delicacy is best enjoyed in all the tactile glory of its print edition which you can scrunch up, conceal about your person and happily dip into as you go about your Saturday toil. However, for you friends from afar, the Books section of the paper's online presence comes in a sizably satisfying second best.
