Classic
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Worth all the praise of its admirers. Excellent

Sci-Fi
The Fifteen Lives of Harry August by Clair North. Excellent time traveling thriller.

Detective
The Devotion of Suspect X by Keigo Higashino. Excellent perfect murder.

Espionage
Red Sparrow by Jason Matthews. Excellent spy thriller.

Action/Suspense
Touch by Claire North. Imaginative tale of body-shifting hero against an organization

Non-Fiction
The Fall of the House of Dixie by Bruce Levine. The utter destruction of the Confederacy.
