Out of nowhere today, I thought of a book I read maybe 15 years ago. The tagline on the cover was "They never should have met". I can't remember the title. It is about a boy and girl meeting and falling in love. The girl's sibling was killed by a drunk driver, who is later found to be the boy's mother. If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
