Booker Prize 2003 Longlist

How on earth did Julie Meyerson get onto that list? Hmm, dubious, let's just hope her friendship with a few of the panel doesn't cloud anyones judgement.
I was at a discussion last week with the fabulous John Carey and also the lovely Francine Stock, both of whom are judging the winner this year. Alas, both of them are 'Bronte's' so I doubt I will agree on whatever they do decide upon.
Does anyone have any predictions or preferences for a winner?
Personally, I hope to see Margaret Atwood's Oryx and Crake win, but i doubt it shall.
