ok, since alot of people seem to be talking about it, i think its about time a boredom room was started. And no, the point is NOT to say your bored and then leave. that would just be too easy.
Rather, give examples of how to beat boredom ( for the love of god, im begging you, give an example!), or whatever. Ironically, i started this thread.... out of sheer and utter boredom.

5 ways to beat boredom....

1) Write a screenplay on the lives of hillbillies (the intense dialogue will occupy you for hours)

2) Go to a chatroom and convert all people there into Richard Simmonism (or just drive 'em all out...either way its real fun)

3) Start up a fight with one of the members here...(but keep it PG...no coarse language, violence or quoting your love for the person *bleeecchh*and there's no need to tell the whole world what your mother was addicted to during pregnancy  )

4) Make a sock puppet with a friend and go to the park together...(are you adding it up, people? sock puppets+friend+public place= lots and lots of fun for the whole family)

5) Take a super soaker and go on a mission to terrorize all cats in the neighbourhood...fun, easy, and it works!

another way ti beat boredom is to ask the librarain for a funny but ficticious book, and try to keep a straight face while she reads out similar titles.

to lighten up the boredom...

here's some news...tobytook has not been kidnapped by senior bandits, lying in a ditch on the mexican border, or locked in the men's bathroom at the local library. -B
