OK, this description is kind of vague as I can't remember the author or title...but here goes.
I think it was a children's book although I'm not totally sure about this. It was set in Santa's workshop. The only thing that really sticks out in my mind about it is the illustrations. Santa's helpers were all drawn as caricatures of famous people/rock stars (e.g. The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Elton John). I had the book in the 80's (around '87 at a guess) and would love to find a copy to give as a gift to my twin sister. Sorry the info is so minimal,but if anyone can at least point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated. I have tried all sorts of searches and search engines but have had no luck. Hope you can help.
