Has anyone read this book? I absolutely loved it. it's one of those books that "takes you there." Despite being a very entertaining read, I was lost on some parts and I would really appreciate it if someone could clarify some points for me: What's with that ending??! What happened? What is Mitchell trying to convey with an ending like that? How does that tie in to the message that the book is trying to deliver? What is the message the book is trying to deliver? People say the book is about "fantasy and reality." But how does the ending play into that theme?
I loved the book because it was beautifully written and I loved the characters and the setting. I can't stand not understanding the main theme of the book however.
Thanks for your help!
