Time passed so quickly, "Cultural Challenges" is free on amazon now, still no reviews, it's so sad.

Not necessarily, but I think you'll see that books under Self Promotion do not get many responses, and many get no responses at all. Just the way it is here. (A fair number of regular posts here get almost no response either. )
