Frank Miller: Sin City

For once, a movie made me want to read a (comic) book!

I only recently started reading (and collecting), but I think I really like it. The repetitiveness of some of the lines sometimes bothers me, but I'm having a hoot reading these "graphic novels". (Ahem.)

I love this series. I still think the first volume is the best. Maybe Miller's finest work.

I've read the first one a long time ago, and I didn't really like to art then. But now I suppose I can appreciate the sort of work that went into producing something like that.

The story - well, not too bad now. The work was lost on me the first time I read it (I was twelve), and it affected my fragile little mind in ways I cannot comprehend.

Didn't read the others, though.
