Golem 1) Magic Berber
When I first saw the cover of this book, I thought I wouldnt enjoy the book one little bit, as it didnt look the sort of thing id normally go for, but I throughly enjoyed the book, and was plesently suprised by how quickly I got hooked to it.
This first title in a series of 5, tells the story of a boy called Majid and one of his teacher, Hugh.
Majid wins a BIT Computer, and he and Hugh play against each other over the internet. Somehow though, a game known as 'Golem' manages to install itself on both computers, which isn't heard of in any of the computer stores.
Is Golem just an innocent game? or is there much hidden depth to it?
This book is a great read but be warned, you wont want to put it down!!
I'd say this book is aimed at 11 +, and I cant wait to read the rest in the series.
