I'm trying to remember a book I read five years ago. XP
I tried searching at Google.com but ended up finding nothing
because all I knew was some random words I still remembered.
I remember that...
1. A school (in Albany, New York) participates in a quiz competition.
(Or something similar to that along the line)
2. Jewish wedding ceremony in the middle of the story (+ "orchid")
3. The play/musical "Annie" appears as well...
4. Handicapped teacher w/ a wheelchair (+ the word "cripple" is also in the book, somewhere at the beginning)
5. the word "diversity"
6. In the same scene as #6, a boy wearing a pair of socks that goes up to his knees offers handshakes to other kids
8. the word "buzzer"
9. "Tea and cookie" (perhaps?)
10. A student named "Nathan" .... or was it "Ethan"?
Well. I don't know if I'm mixed up with two different books or not.
I think all those things I've mentioned appears in the same book.
Oh, well...
These little pieces of my memory popped into my head somehow,
and that made me sooo curious about this book.
Please help me find the title of this book! T_T
