John Grisham's A Painted House Movie Adaptation

i love Grisham books and i really enjoyed 'A Painted House' despite it not being a legal thriller. i'm just curious has anyone seen the movie and how true to the novel it is. i'm sure i'll rent it regardless but i'd still like to hear some opinions if anyone has any.

Never having seen it, but having had experience with US TV Movies before, it probably sucks like a granny sucks eggs

crap, tv movie.... well, i'd still like to see how it is. hopefully blockbuster will have it in, i doubt it though.

awww i love 'a painted house'! you got my hopes then! it would make a good film if done properly! its the only Grisham book i really like!

I thought the movie was quite good. It may have been a "made for TV" one, but I liked it and thought it followed the book well.
