What are the protections to Writer who chooses to offer a piece of work online, whether in excerpt or an entire novel via Facebook or other sites?
Is it considered public domain? Is a © 2010 or ™ enough? And, if not, what links or sites might I go to in order to understand what I may be getting myself into or need to know to protect my property?
