thank you so much, occlith! had this clearance sale in our area and we spotted some items that we need in our shop. we got them for only half the price. we also talked to my former boss, who owns a hotel resort, about the business and he is very willing to recommend us to every events that they will have. we are so excited. we plan to open by mid january. i havent found a good book or magazines for the shop. but the links you gave, helped me with the concepts. again, thank you so much!

If it were me I'd go on a course first and get some work experience too before attempting to start a business.
