Nanda Parrado: Miracle In The Andes

I just finished reading this book by Nanda Parrado. It is the story of the Rugby team that crashed in the Andes in 1975. I know there is a book Alive by Piers Paul Read, which I have not read, about the same story. I am sure it is good, but this one was actually written by a survivor and the man who led the expedition out of the mountains, so it was a first hand account. He does a very good job of making you feel as if you were there with him. The way he felt when he was buried under the avalanche, eating his dead friends to stay alive, and the love for his father that kept him going. I thought it was a really good book.

Has anyone else read it?
