I was hoping someone here might know the name of a book , it's driving me crazy, I can't remember the title or author. I read it a while ago so details are slightly fuzzy but it had to do with a warrior, pretty sure his name was Billy, he had a sabretooth tiger I believe as a companion. There was something about he and his men marrying amazon women (or somesuch) to forge an alliance to fight against some menacing horde. The amazons(?) worshipped a goddess and were immortal I think. I really wish I could remember more, hoping it rings a bell with someone, because it really is driving me up the wall. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
