Over the years I have accumulated many comic books. Now I would like to give them away to one lucky member of this forum. I have a more than thirty comic books and comic related journals to give away. Most are in good to excellent condition, none are mint condition. Most are dated in the 1980s and 1990s.
To make things interesting I am having a contest – one winner takes all!
Sorry folks, due to the cost of postage, only members in the USA, including US Possessions, are eligible.
How to Play:
I have posted ten links to images from comic books, comic strips, and graphic novels from which you must –
Name the Character/s
Name the Title of the comic book/ comic strip/ graphic novel in which they appear
Name the Artist and (if different from the artist) the Author.
Send me a Private Message with your answers in this form:
1. Character/s
2. Title
3. Artist/author
The person with the most correct answers wins all - yours to keep, sell on Ebay, or whatever.
In case of a tie, I'll post a tie-breaking question or a different image/s; the first correct answer wins.
This contest ends when I have removed the posted links on 4 November 2008 and is open to anyone who has signed up as a member no later than 26 October 2008, Book and Reader Time.
