One of my favorite Writers, he wrote the Drageria Sereis of books that is still being made. He also wrote "To riegn in Hell" and "Gypsy". Try this guy he can make you laugh and be engaged in his stories.
 
I definitely like his writing. Vlad Taltos is a fun character and the books have sarcasm and wit aplenty. Plus his books are a quick read and they are self-contained, not a long, drawn-out series.
 
I love Steven Brust; he's one of my favorite authors. His humor is great, though it would seem that quite a few people don't get it. It's amazing how he can switch styles so easily.
