Suggestions: February 2011 BOTM

I was thinking that since it's the month of Valentine's Day we could pick a romance. But it's just a suggestion and more suggestions are welcome.
What say you?

I am not one to turn away from a certain genre. I don't usually read romance but,I was suggested Watermelon- Marian Keyes so my suggestion will be this if we go with Romance.

It's a contemporary retelling of Jane Eyre.

Beauty by Susan Wilson. I couldn't put this book down and it's resonated many years after for me.

I was also thinking Pride and Prejudice, but then I was thinking maybe we could read the zombie version and compare them? I think it would also be better if you have read Pride and Prejudice first.
