I'm looking for a good novel translated from French. I am currently reading the Hunchback of Notre Dame and would like something similar in genre. Any suggestions appreciated.
 
Yes, I read that one. Very very different ending from the Disney movie :)
My upcoming project is Les Miserables (unabridged) - project because that thing is long (If I can find the time). Then on my list to be read is Candide by Voltaire (one of these days). Maybe you can let me know how it is. :D
