Value of an old book

TheCowboy

kickbox
Howdy,

I got an old book today and am wondering if someone would know a way that I can find the value of it. The book is The Faith That Never Dies or The Priest of God in the Catholic Home

The copyright for it is 1900 by the Catholic Book and Printing Company.

If you could help that would be much appreciated.

Later,

The Cowboy

Hi. I'm sre tehre are better ways to do it than the way I do but here goes:

I go into www.alibris.com and go to advanced search. Enter any info. you have, ISBN, year published, edition, etc. Booksellers will pop up and you'll be able to see the going rate for the book depending on it's descritpion. As I said, it may not be the best way, but it's the way I do it.

Cowboy,
At a rough guess, I would say that your book really isn't worth much. It certainly isn't old enough to have value solely on the basis of its age. The subject matter, I would imagine, would have limited appeal, so . . .
But, by all means, check out alibris and similar sites.
