Which word processor do you favor when writing a manuscript?

I use Microsoft word. Although I sometimes start ideas out in Notepad, for some reason.

I don't write that much/often, but when I do write, it's in Microsoft Word. I just cannot stand WordPerfect.

I use Microsoft Word XP for all my general wordprocessing.

Question: Is Microsoft Word XP exclusive to that OS?

I use Me. Can I use it on my system?

You should be able to use it on ME. I use OfficeXP on Windows 2000 Pro.

I use WordPerfect at work and Word 97 at home. I used to hate WP but now I see it's advantages. I'm still a Word person at heart, although I think it could be improved.
