Yukio Mishima: Sun and Steel

I will add that what is putting me off is the fact that Mishimo committed suicide. Comments about this book say that if people had paid more attention to stuff he said in this semi-autobiographical story it might have been avoided. Wafting around in the mind of the insane or suicidal isn't hugely my cup of tea, so if it is too dreadfully off-the-wall I'm not sure I want to dive in.
