How to read a "spoiler" ?

I understand the reason they are blacked out, but what if I want to read it? I just can't figure out how to make that happen. Thanks.

To see what's under the spoiler tag:

Click your curser at the beginning of the spoiler, keep holding the button down, and drag it across the black 'spoiler' tag to the end.
